We’re The Manx Ceilidh Band – a group of friends who simply love to ceilidh. Our story began not on a stage, but on dance floors, village halls, and windswept barn floors across the Isle of Man, where we danced at each other’s weddings, local fundraisers, and the legendary Manx ceilidhs of old.

What started as a joyful way to mark life’s big moments quickly grew into something more. With every set, we found ourselves swept up in the rhythm, laughter, and shared tradition that only a good ceilidh can spark. Over time, we realised this wasn’t just music – it was community. It was home.

We’ve since taken our fiddles, accordions, whistles and voices beyond the island, sharing the infectious spirit of Manx music.

 

Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a full-on knees-up, our aim is always the same: to get every pair of feet dancing and every face smiling.
